By accessing diabfree.gluedapp.in (the "Site") or completing our waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and any future users of the DiabFree application.

2. About DiabFree

DiabFree is a pre-launch wellness application. At this time, we are collecting interest from individuals who would like to be notified when the application launches. No product, service, or subscription is currently being sold or delivered.

When the application launches, separate terms governing use of the app will be provided and your agreement will be required before accessing premium features.

Replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a qualified healthcare professional
Serve as a substitute for prescribed medication or medical supervision

This is especially important if you are currently on insulin or other diabetes medications, as dietary changes can significantly affect your blood sugar levels.

Individual results from using DiabFree will vary. References to clinical studies (such as the DiRECT Trial) describe findings from independent research and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same outcomes.

4. Waitlist and Email Communications

By submitting your name and email address through our waitlist form, you agree to:

Receive email communications from DiabFree regarding our launch, founding member offers, and product updates
Our collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy

You may unsubscribe from all emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send. Unsubscribing will not delete your data; to request data deletion, email contactdiabfree@gmail.com.

Joining the waitlist does not create any obligation to purchase or subscribe when the application launches.

5. Founding Member Offer

Waitlist members may be offered a founding member discount (currently stated as 40% off the first 3 months of a paid subscription). This offer is:

Not a binding contract or guarantee of any specific pricing

We will communicate the final terms of any founding member offer clearly before requiring any payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the DiabFree name, logo, quiz, copy, and design — is the property of DiabFree and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Harvest email addresses or other data from the Site
Attempt to access systems or data not intended for you
